Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your item.
- The device must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no physical damage, scratches, or water exposure.
- All original accessories (charger, cable, box) must be included.
Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a shipping address if needed.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
Exceptions
- Physical damage caused by the customer is not refundable.
- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
