Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your item.
  • The device must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no physical damage, scratches, or water exposure.
  • All original accessories (charger, cable, box) must be included.

Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a shipping address if needed.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 2-5 business days to appear in your account.

Exceptions

  • Physical damage caused by the customer is not refundable.
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
