1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Partner – Ghana Post

We have partnered with Ghana Post, Ghana's trusted postal service, to deliver your orders efficiently.

  • Delivery Method: Your items will be sent to the nearest Ghana Post office to your address.
  • Notification: Ghana Post will notify you when your package is ready for collection.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (within Ghana): 3–7 business days to your nearest post office.
  • Delivery times may vary due to postal service processing, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order.
  • Fees will be displayed at checkout before confirming your purchase.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped via Ghana Post, you will receive a tracking number.
  • Use this number to monitor your shipment until it is ready for pickup at your nearest post office.
  • Always bring a valid ID to collect your package.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • While we partner with Ghana Post to ensure safe delivery, Falaa Things is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
  • If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Falaathings@gmail.com or 0592690229.
  • We will work with Ghana Post to resolve the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including your nearest post office branch.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
