At Falaa Things, we specialize in high-quality used electronics, including iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and laptops. All our products are sourced from trusted partners in the USA and UK, fully tested, and ready for use.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up services?

Yes! We deliver nationwide in Ghana through Ghana Post. Your order will arrive right at your location, and you can track it using the Ghana Post tracking feature. We do not deliver via bus stations.

Do you provide warranties on the electronics you sell?

Yes! All our products come with a 3-day warranty. If you encounter any issues within this period, you can return or exchange the product as long as it's in its original condition.

Can I track my order after purchasing?

Absolutely! Once your package is shipped, we'll send you a Ghana Post tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery anytime.

How can I sell my device to you?

Simply fill out the selling form on our website, and one of our agents will contact you quickly with a fair offer for your device.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mobile Money (MoMo), bank transfers, and other secure mobile payment methods available in Ghana.

Are your products brand new or refurbished?

We offer high-quality used electronics that have been inspected, tested, and refurbished where necessary to ensure they work perfectly.

Do you offer trade-in deals for old devices?

Yes, we accept trade-ins. Fill out our online form and we'll get back to you with a quote for your old device.

How long does delivery take after I place an order?

Orders are processed quickly and shipped through Ghana Post. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location in Ghana.

Where is your shop located and what are your opening hours?

Falaa Things operates online, serving customers nationwide and internationally. Our customer support and order processing run Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
