📜 Falaa Things Sellers Committee (FTSC) Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Falaa Things Sellers Committee. These Terms & Conditions ensure fairness, transparency, and trust for all sellers and customers in Ghana. By applying, you agree to follow the rules below.

1. Approval Process

- All applications submitted to the FTSC will be carefully reviewed. - If your application is approved, Falaa Things will send one of our team members to visit your shop in person. - During this visit, you will be required to fill out legal documents and provide valid identification and shop registration details. - This process is designed to establish trust, verify authenticity, and ensure that only genuine sellers are part of the FTSC.

2. Transparency & Trust

- Sellers must provide accurate information about their shop, products, and business operations. - Any attempt to provide false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification. - Sellers are expected to operate with honesty and integrity to protect customers and the Falaa Things community.

3. Product Standards

- Only new or slightly used, authentic products are allowed. - Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items are strictly prohibited. - All sellers must clearly state product conditions, return/refund policies, and warranty details (if available).

4. Customer Protection

- As an FTSC-approved seller, you agree to provide excellent customer service. - Customers must be protected from fraud, scams, and unfair practices. - Falaa Things reserves the right to remove any seller who receives repeated customer complaints.

5. Monitoring & Accountability

- Falaa Things will conduct random inspections to ensure sellers comply with our rules. - Sellers found violating FTSC rules may be suspended or permanently removed. - We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Yes of course, You can apply for refund within the next 24 hours (sneakers and other fashion accessories) and 2 days for electronic device.
